The completion of our first duplex project by mid-2016 signaled the start of our transformative journey, gradually shifting from basic social housing to more ambitious medium and high-end residential developments.
Key Developments in Early Years By 2016, we had completed and sold San Miguel Residencial in Santa Fe, featuring 83 m² duplexes. This project was a significant milestone that helped establish our reputation for quality and thoughtful design. In 2018, we further solidified this reputation with the completion and sale of Condominio "Las Abejas" in eastern Tijuana, comprising 63 m² duplexes.
